WEDDING.
A pretty and interesting wedding took placet, in the Woolston Methodist, Church yesterday, when Miss Annie Dorothy Round, second daughter of Mr Thomas Price Round, of 49 Clarendon Terrace, was married to Mr Kenway Makin, Kilmore Street, Christchureh. The service, which was fully choral, was conducted by the Rev. F. Copeland, the bride entering the church on the arm of her father, by whom she was subsequently given away. She looked charming in a dainty gown of white silk, complete with train, and a wedding veil worn with sprays of orange blossoms. Her bouquet was of choice white chrysanthemums and maiden-hair fern. Miss Makin, who accompanied the bride as maid of honour, wore a saxe blue frock with black crepe de chine hat, trimmed with saxe blue. She carried a bouquet of golden-brown chrysanthemums and autumn leaves. Mr T. Hill accompanied the bridegroom as groomsman. After the wedding the parents of the bride held a reception in honour of. the marriage, at which the usual toasts were honoured. Mrs Round (mother of the bride) wore a grey costume with handsome furs. Mrs Makin (mother of the bridegroom) was in black, and a black hat. Amongst the many guests present were: Mrs Rennie, Mr and Mrs Pegley, Miss Hurcombe, Mr and Mrs Osborne, Mr and Mrs Borough, Mr ami Mrs Joseph Smith, Mrs J. Moles, Mrs Hamilton, Mr and Mrs Elisha Round, Mr Day (Methven), .Mr McKellow, Mr Bateman, Mr Cummins, Mrs Joe Round, Mr and Mrs Duncan Wright, the Rev. F. Copeland, Mr Mellarg, Mr and Mrs Prinsip, Mr and Mrs Spencer Palmer, Mr and Mrs Griffiths, ami others. V .
