SPY LEADER ARRESTED. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. ("The Times*) PARIS, May 27. Herr Bollinger, head of a gang of German spies, with women behind the lines in France, has been arrested in Switzerland. Bollinger was imprisoned in 1914 in Belgium, when plans of the Antwerp and Liege fortifications were found in his possession, but was subsequently liberated. - The cable news In this issue accredited to "The Times" has appeared" in that journal, but only where expressly stated is such news the editorial opinion of "The Times."
