ON BEHALF OF THE RED CROSS AND NAVY LEAGUE FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF BRITISH PRISONERS OF WAR. The British Red Cross requires over One Million Sterling per annum to keep British Prisoners of War in enemy countries from starvation. Money is urgently needed. Please send donations to:— C. J.
