The plaintiff is Mrs Mary Baxter, widow, of Greymouth, and defendants are Thomas Baxter, Felix Campbell, AVh-kes, Ltd., and the West Coast Timber Company. Mr S. G. Raymond, K.C., with him Mr J. H. Uphain, appeared for the plaintiff, ami Mr M. Hannan, with him Mr F. i>. Sargent, for the defendants, Felix Campbell, West Coast Timber Company, anil Wickes, Ltd., these defendants being mortgagees of certain property and interests in which Thomas Baxter has a share. The case was before the Court some time ago, and his Honour Mr Justice Denniston delivered a judgment, in which lie held that plaintiff was entitl - 1 o relief. Mr Raymond now moved for settlement of the terms of the minutes of the judgment, and the method by which plaintiff should obtain relief was under discussion to-day. .Judgment was reserved.
