The official opening will take place at 10 a.m.. when an address will be given by the Prime Minister. A collision occurred about half past 7 this morning on the Lincoln Bead between a trann-ar and a milkcart. The cart, which belonged to Mr George Gorton, dairyman, had been left standing while a customer was being served. The horse, being frightened by a passing motor bicycle, bolted, and collided with a workmen’s car at the corner of Spencer Street and Lincoln Road.
