In the House of Commons, Sir Leo Ghiozza-Money stated that up to November 30, seven standard ships, of a total tonnage of 47,234, had been completed and had started on voyages. A large number were neariiig completion. One ship had been sunk. ( The total new tonnage completed l » November was within measurable distance of the tonnage lossc* by enemy attacks.
