And NOTICE is also given hereby that a PLAN showing the course of such intended waterrace, and the lands, roads, and reserves on, over, or through which it is intended the said race shall pass, as required by Section 13 of "The Water Supply Act, 1908," has been deposited at the Magistrate's Courthouse, Rangiora; and that such plan, will be open for public inspection during reasonable hours for a period of fourteen days from the date of the publication of this notice.
