RESERVIST ARRESTED.

REFUSES TO BE MEDICALLY EXAMINED. A NOTORIOUS ANTI-MILITARIST. Henry William Reynolds, a bootmaker, who carries on business at 654 Colombo Street, and who was drawn for military service in the sixth ballot, was arrested this morning for failing to report for medical examination. Reynolds is notorious for his antimilitarist activities. Some time ago he -was convicted of a breach of the censorship regulations. Before that he had been punished for displaying anti-war placards and selling antimilitarist literature.
