£2OO to the legal personal representative of the bona tide holder of this Insurance Coupon if the holder shall be kih'ed ' y an accident within the Dominion of Now Zealand, to any Railway Passenger Train or Passenger Steamer in which such holder is travelling as a fare-pay-ing passenger, or to any Public Omnibus, (loach, Tramway Car, Cab, or Carrier's Carl which is being driven by a licensed driver plying for public hire and in which the. holder is travelling as a fare-paying passenger; or £l5O if the holder shall be killed by an accident to any cycle which the holder is actually riding and not being propelled by mechanical power; or to tiie holder should such accident as above delined not prove fatal but cause the loss of one limb above the wrist or ankle, or the loss of the sitfht of one eye; or (4) £1 A,A - PEH WKEK by way of an allowance for a period not exceeding Kl weeks should such accident as above delined render the holder temporarily and totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation.
