The week-end sale of home-iuade foo<l supplies, etc., was in charge of Mesdames J. A. Borthwick and J. Stevenson, and Miss Humphreys, and realised £ll7 for the Eed Cross Sick and Wounded Fund; included in this sum were cash donations from Messrs G. Humphreys and J. Douglas, and the Hon. J. A. Borthwick. The beautiful iced-eake, given by Lady Liverpool, was won by Mrs. H. T). Acland. Miss Agnes Humphreys donated a brooch valued at £4O, which is being competed for, and is on view in Peterson and Co. 's window, where tickets can be obtained. CITY BRANCH.
