SUPREME COURT.
IN CHAMBERS. Sitting in Chambers to-day, his Honour Mr Justice Denniston transacted the following business: — In re Frank Peter v. P. A. Herman, a .summons for change of solicitor on the record, the application was granted on the motion of Mr R. Twyneham. On the application of Mr jVluers, an order was made for leave for plaintiff to deliver further interrogatories in the case of Frank Peter v. P. A. Herman. In re Hugo Friedlander v. P. A. Herman, a summons by defendant to deliver interrogatories, the application was granted. A summons by plaintiff to deliver interrogatories in the same case was struck out, with costs 21/-, owing to there being no appearance of the plaintiff. As there was no attendance the summons to add the names of Cyril Oscar Lawrence and Mary Eva Wilson as parties to the action, Clarice Gertrude Cadby v. James Duncan Lawrence, Thomas Adolph Arrowsmith, and Walter Edward Simes was struck out. Probates were granted of the following wills:—Edward Palk, Robert James Gillies, Win. Henry Walker, James Candy, John Dinnicombe, James Snell, Henry Church, Win. Bryan, Geo. Frederick Church, Albert Frederick Hadeeke, Wm. Chas. Green, Hugh Percy Mnrray-Aynsley, Henry James Brough, Chas. Mears, Murdo McClean, Bridget Agnes Forman, Johanna Council, Job Lines, John Stalker, Edmund Probyn, John Huffey, Wm. Herbert Henderson, William Hertnow, Herbert Nalder, Adam Murray Martin, Patrick Neal Rodden, John McLcnnan, Felix O'Donnell, Wm. Forbes Brown, and Mary Duffey. In re William Dearsley, deceased, a motion to confirm registrar's report was granted accordingly: (Proceeding).
