The "Berliner Tageblatt" insists upon the colossal military preparations that have been made, and the immense quantities of guns and munitions that have been concentrated upon the Russian front. It is convinced that all the Russian armies will open simultaneously an offensive shortly. It believes that the Germans and Austrians on the Eastern front will be very sorely tried.
