COLONIAL MINISTERS TO ADJUDICATE. Australian and X.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 8, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 7. In Parliament, Mr H. 11. Asquith proposed that the Colonial statesmen should adjust the Irish question, subject to Parliament's approval.
