P. Burbury, chief advisor in farming matters to the Commissioner of the Canterbury Military District, and who will discuss matters arising out of the Military Service Act, explain the board's p-'oposals for the management of Soldiers' Farms, and take note of any practical suggestions farmers may desire to offer for the most efficient conduct of the Primary Industries in the District.
