The Rome correspondent of the "New York World" states that the Germans are planning a great Teuton drive against Italy in the spring. Marshals von Mackensen and von Ilindenbnrg and General von Falkenhayn will lead the reinforced Austrian troops. Several German officers are now organising the campaign in the Trentino. Italy is fully aware of the enemy's plans, and-is'conftdent of her ability to combat them.
