BLACK LABOUR.
EMPLOYED IN EUROPE. Australian and N Z. Cable Association. LONDON, December 4. A committee, under Lord Selborne, will undertake the welfare of the African labour contingents in Europe. It is slated that some thousands have already reached the Continent. Mr Asuuith, in the House of Commons: denied that coloured labour was being introduced into England at present. He added that if that step should be taken, it would not require a statute.
