HURUNUI RABBIT BOARD.

A meeting of the aboveboard was liel.l at Culverden on Saturday last, there being present: Messrs Tlios. Chapman (in tlie chair), .las. Douglas, Geo. Rutherford, T. C. Robinson, Godfrey Ruther-! ford, and Inspector Munro. The inspector reported that during November the Rotherliam, Cheviot, Medbury, Peaks, Culverden, and Upper | Waiau Districts were inspected. Satis- • factory work was being carried out by j the majority of owners in these districts.' Two owners in the Peaks district were notified that proceedings would be taken without further warning unless immediate steps were taken to destroy the; pests. One owner in the Culverden dis-; trict had also had final notice. The inspector undertook to report on' repairs made to the fence between Woodbank and St. Helens. Cheques were signed in payment of accounts amounting to £ll7 -VC.
