WELCOMED TO ODESSA. Australian nnrl S'.Z. Cable Association. PETROGRAD, November 23. The "Bourse Gazette" slates that British soldiers recently passed through Odessa, and received an ovation in the streets and cafes. They were also tendered gala performances at the theatre, and the municipality entertained the officers.
