RED LIPS AND HEALTH.
The first place that anaemia, or thin blood shows is in the lips and gums and the membranes that line the eyelids. You may be naturally pale and still be healthy, but when these membranes lose their bright red colour your blood is deficient in quantity or colour. Thin blood is a danger. It invites disease. The organisms of the blood fight off the disease germs. Thin blood means less power to do this. For instance, when you cut yourself it does not heal so quickly if your blood is thin an 1 weak. To build up the blood there is one remedy that has been a household word for a generation, Dr Williams' Pink Pills for Pale People. They tone up the ; entire system, make the blood rich and red, strengthen the nerves, increase the appetite, put colour in the cheeks and lips, and drive away that unnatural tired feeling. Plenty of sunlight, good wholesome food and fresh air will do the rest. Two books, "Diseases of the Blood" and "What to 'Eat and How to Eat," give just the information that every mother of a growing girl needs. They are free. Write for them to-day to Dr Williams' Medicine Co., Wellington. .10
