THE GREEK CRISIS.
NEUTRAL ZONE GUARDED. ALLIES ON THE WATCH. Australian and \.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, November 18. The "Daily Chronicle's" Athens correspondent states that as a result of the visit of General Roqucs, the French Minister of War, a neutral zone between the jurisdictions of Athens and the Provisional Government has been fixed. The zone runs north roughly parallel to the preBalkan war frontier, beginning near Ekaterini, passing Grevena, and ending at Konitza, in Epirus. The zone varies from three to seven miles in breadth, and will be occupied by Allied troops. Military forces will not be permitted to cross the zone. The Cabinet was believed to be unwilling to concede the demands to hand over rifles, artillery, and ammunition, and therefore the matter has been left to Admiral Du Fournet to settle. GREEKS IN ACTION. ASSIST THE BRITISH. Australian and N.Z. CabU Association. LONDON, November 19. The Athens correspondent of "The Observer" states that the Nationalist army dashingly supported the British in the capture of Barakli-Djumal, east of Struma, sustaining 150 casualties. The cable news In this issue accredited to "The Times" has appeared in that journal, but only where expressly stated is such news the editorial opinion of "The Times."
