AN UNWANTED PLOUGH. CLAIM FOE STORAGE. A claim for the storage of a plough by William Drinnan (Mr Cuuingham) against William I. Ballingcr (Mr L. Dougall), came before Mr 11. W. Bishop, S.M., fo-day. The plaintiff claimed £o 13/- for storage charges of the plough, from October 24, 1910, to July, 1915, at fid a week, less an amount due for rent. The plaintiff said that he had taken over Ballinger's carrying business in 1010. Ballingcr had a'plough amongst the stock which had been received from the International Exhibition authorities, pending a claim for same by the owner. Subsequently Ballingcr took the plough away. Wm I. Ballinger stated that the plough had been considered by him as having been part of the stock taken over by the plaintiff. At plaintiff's request, however, he removed the implement in 1915.
