GERMANS PUNISHED. A DISASTROUS RAID. Australian and A'.Z. Cable Association. PETROGRAD, November 16. An Admiralty communique states that it is estimated that during the enemy's raid on the Gulf of Finland, on November 13, the Germans lost from six to nine of their largest and most modern torpedo-boats.
