Quotations: Mutton, fine 50/6, medium 46/6; beef, line 51/-, medium 46/6. FRENCH WINE HARVEST. PROSPECTS NOT BRIGHT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PARIS, November 15. The "Monitcur Vinicole" estimates that the French wine crop will be about 40,000,000 hectolitres, and the quantity available for the season 191G-17, including the Algerian output, to be 5:5,200,000 hectolitres. The champagne harvest is one of the worst on record, as the phylloxera did extensive damage. Owing to the scarcity or labour, the prospects for the future arc not rosy.
