Marshal von Ilhulenburg, in a letter to Herr von BethmannIlolhveg, complains that the workmen in the factories are receiving insufficient food. "Many of the authorities," lie says, "do not realise that we are fighting for our very existence. It is impossible for the workers to remain fit for their duties if they are insufficiently nourished."
