FRESH SUCCESSES. A VICTORIOUS MARCH. A. and y.Z. Cable Association ar.d Eeuter. LONDON, November 16. A French official report says:— After a brief lull, fierce fighting has been resumed on the Cerna. A Serbian offensive developed on November 13 and 14, resulting in fresh successes. The Germans and Bulgarians retired in the vicinity of Hill 1212 to the north-east, and were ever closely pressed by the Serbians, who captured the village of Cincel. The victorious march of the French and Serbian tpoops continues in the direction of Tepavci. The fighting west of the Cerna has spread to the Kchali region. Prisoners to the number of 3200 were taken at the Cerna loop from November 10 to 14. They include 600 Germans.
