AUTHORITIES TANGLED. SUGGESTIONS BY ALLIES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. ATHENS, November 15. General Roques, the French Minister of War, had an audience with King Constantino, and requested the establishment of an effective neutral zone between the Provisional and Athens Governments, the re-estab-lishment to full liberty of those officers desiring to join the National movement, and the utilisation of the railways for the revictualling of the Allied troops. [A message received yesterday stated that the Allies recognised the Vcni/.elist Government as holding authority, de facto, In New Greece and the Islands, while the uuthority of the Athens Government in Old Greece was not disputed.]
