(b) The sum proposed to be borrowed is Two Thousand Five Hundred rounds (£2500). (c) The proposed security for the Loan is a Special Rate of Five twentyeighths (528) of a penny in the £1 over the whole district, and a charge upon the land. The period for the Loan is seven years. The provision for repayment is part by a sinking fund of 2 per cent, per annum and the balance by a further Loan. (d) It is NOT proposed to pay out of the Loan the cost of raising the Loan or the Interest and sinking fund for the first year. A POLL OF RATEPAYERS will be taken upon the above proposal on THURSDAY, the 14th day of December, 1910.
