Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., presided at the Rangiora Court to-day. Bert Dcnch, for failing to register, was convicted and discharged. B. A. Feather, for failing to attend drill, was fined 20/- and costs. In tho eivid ease, C. Evans (Mr van Aseh) v. A. Lilly, claim for £5 4/7, judgment was given for plaintiff by default, with i!,'!/(> costs. F. Winskell, for trespassing with a gun on the property of F. Siddons, was fined 5/- anil 7/- costs.
