FIRE.

Last night, at 9.30, a fire occurred in the New Brighton Borough Council's stables and storehouse, situated in Xelsou Street, in rear of the Public Librarv. the fire was well under control, when a drum of carbide exploded, and its flames could not be put out for some time.
