UNPRECEDENTED CONFUSION. Renter's Telegrams. (Received October 19, 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, October 18. "The Times'' correspondent in Dublin says the Nationalists -are clearly and deliberately abstaining from encouraging recruiting. "Freeman's Journal," which Mr John Redmond supposedly controls, has not printed the hitter's appeal for Irish divisions, illustrating the unprecedented confusion of affairs in Ireland.
