A Daylight Saving Bill, which has been introduced in the State House! of Assembly, proposes that the clock shall be advanced one hour from 2 oVlock in the morning on the first' Sunday in October till the first Sun-' day in March, provided that New South Wales and South 'Australia shall adopt similar legislation.
