HEAVIEST FALL THIS YEAR. Experts on subjects pertaining to the ; weather have agreed that after a nor'-.' west wind will come rain, and Saturday 's downpour proved their judgment correct —for this once at least. Blenheim and the adjoining districts are unaffected. WEATHER-FORECAST. Wind.—The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but westerly, moderate to strong, prevailing. Weather.—Cloudy to overcast at times, with passing showers. Barometer.—Unsteady.
