SCHOOL COMMITTEES
STJMNER-REBCLIFFS. Tin- Redeliffs School Committee met on Tuesday, when tlie following wore present: —.Messrs (!. 11. Hines (chairman), B. Riley. VV. .). Mulcoek, G. 11. Woods,' and I). Coleman. The monthly report stated that the roll number was J('], and the average attendance 00. A motion of condolence was passed with Mr and Mrs Stuart in their recent bereavement. It was reported that the collection taken up at the school in aid of the Belgian Relief Fund amounted to £3 2/6. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the Sumner Borough Council for undertaking to erect danger signal posts warning motorists, at the places suggested by the committee. Accounts amounting to £7 •"/- wore passed for payment.
