BULGARIA AND RUMANIA. LONDON. January .Tl. Travellers report that the- popular indignation against M. Radosla volT, the Bulgarian premier, is increasing. Meanwhile. the Rumanian public and the army are increasingly friendly towards the Allies. The German Press is threatening Rumania.
