to the legal personal representative of the bona fide holder of this Insurance Coupon it' the holder khall be killed by an accident within the Dominion of New Zealand, to any Railway Passenger Train or Passenger Steamer in which such holder is travelling as a fare-pay-ing passenger, or to any l'ablic Omnibus, Coach, Tramway Car, Cab, or Carrier's Cart which is being driven by a licensed driver plying for public hire and in which the holder is travelling as a fare-paying passenger, or to any cycle which the holder is actually riding and not being propelled by mechanical to the holder should such accident ns above defined not prove fatal but cause ' the loss of one limb above the wrist or] ankle, or the loss of the sight of ono '■■ eye; or (3) AN ALLOWANCE OF SI PER WEEK for a period not exceeding 13 weeks | should such accident as above defined! render the holder temporarily and to- ! tally unable to follow his or her usual vocation. PROVIDED THAT the above undertaking is subject to the following special conditions, which are of the essence of the contract, viz.: --- (ft) That such death or loss result within 30 days after the accident. (b) In the event of any dispute between the holder and The Sun as to whether such disablement renders the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it Is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to bo nominated by The Sun, whose decision shall bo binding upon the parties. (c)That notice In case of injury or death be given to The Sun, at its Office, 87 Worcester Street, Christchurch, within 11 days after the accident. (d)That the benefits of this insurance are payable only to persons over 15 years and under 70 years of age. i'e) That this Insurance is limited to one Insurance Coupon associated with tills publication for any one holder.
