RUSSIANS REPORT VICTORY. A BRILLIANT DASH. PETROGRAD, November 30. A communique says:— "A German attack near Kazimirichki, in the region of Illutsk, was repulsed. We 'counter-attacked and captured German positions, and also a portion of Illutsk and other German positions in the vicinity. "Our troops by a brilliant dash surprised the Germans in a chateau near Nevel, in the region of Pinsk, which was the headquarters of the 82nd German Division. We annihilated the guard, and captured two generals. "We forced the enemy to retire near Koslinitchi and Czartorisk."
