* MORE GERMAN INTRIGUE. LONDON, November 29; The "Novoe Vremya" points- out that despite the official intimations of the Persian Government that it is suppressing German intrigues, the German Minister at Teheran has not been expelled or imprisoned, and that the gendarmerie have gone over to the enemy. German officers in command are now fortifying the passes in order to defend the approaches from the Turkish frontier. Nearly all the Persian forces are concentrated at Kum and Ramadan, where Swedish, Turkish, and German officers are straining every effort to cause a rupture of relations and plunge Persia into war with the Allies.
