AUSTRALIA'S NEW ARMY. AN AVIATION CORPS. (Received November 30, 10.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, November 30. It is understood that an Aviation Corps is going with Australia's new army. RIOTOUS SOLDIERS PUNISHED. PASSPORTS FOR NEW ZEALAND PASSENGERS. SYDNEY, November 29. In connection with Saturday's disturbances, one soldier was sentenced to three months' imprisonment. Seven were fined, and the others re- ■ manded. The Huddart-Parker Co., Proprietary, Ltd., notfy that all intending passengers of military age for New Zealand must be armed with the necessary passports. (Received November 30, 9.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, November 30. The new regulation prohibiting the departure of men of military age empowers the making of an arrest yy "without warrant.
