RUMANIA IMPRESSED.
GREAT RUSSIAN CONCENTRATION GERMAN INTRIGUE FAILING. (Received November 27, 2.40 p.m.) - ROME, November 26. The "Corriere Delia Sera" states that Prince Hohenlohe's and the Prince of Schaumburg-Lippe's activities, and the renewed German intrigues with Rumanian newspapers and politicians have had little effect. The Rumanians are enormously' impressed by Russia's concentrations, believing Russia to have concentrated 500,000 men and 2000 guns.
