GERMAN AVIATORS PERISH. (Received November 2G, 12.5 p.m.) PETROGRAD, November 25. - The Russian, aeroplanes cut off an "Albatross" at Dvinsk. The "Albatross" circled frantically for half an ;hour in a vain effort to escape, and finally descended in a frozen marsh. The Russians subsequently discovered that the machine was un•damaged, but the aviators had been frozen to death.
