LORD ST. DAVIDS EXPLAINS. RECENT SPEECH DEFENDED. LONDON, November 2-4. In Hie House of Lords, Lord St. Davids "made a personal explanation. The ladies he referred to us visitors to the British Headquarters were above reproach, but he did not consider it decent to regard war as a sort of peep-show.
