RUSSIA'S NEW VENTURE.
COURLAND .EXPEDITION'S SUCCESS. BRITISH SUBMARINES COOPERATE. (Received October 25, 11.25 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, October 24. The Russian expedition to Courland was stronger than the Germans imagined. It was pressed forward 7 since Saturday morning and the Germans are falling back. It is believed that British submarines scared off the German warships.
