BRITAIN'S OFFER OF CYPRUS TO GREECE MAY BE REJECTED Details are to band to-day of a great victory for the Russians, the Germans losing thousands of prisoners and many guns. The Russians in Eastern Oalicia are said to be advancing rapidly. It is rumoured that Greece will refuse to accept the offer of Cyprus a,s a Condition of entering the war on the side of the Allies. The Serbians are putting up a desperate resistance against the invaders, and have inflicted severe casualties. In the west strong enemy attacks have again been entirely repulsed. ,
