HELPING THE RED CROSS. The Boy Scouts recently decided to give their assistance to the Red dross Fund, and part of their effort! was a "King of the Scouts" competi-

tion. ' The result was announced at a concert in tie King's Theatre on Saturday, whpn Master Norman Batlcy was crowned with due pomp and ceremony. The Boy Scouts had done very well indeed.
