MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

TO-DAY'S CASES. Messrs G. P. Agar and H. Crowtlier, J.P.'s, presided over a sitting of the Magistrate's Court this morning. DRUNKENNESS. Three male first offenders, for drunkenness, were fined the customary amount. BY-LAW BREACHES. Penalties were inflicted as follow for various by-law breaches:— Hugh Brown, pay costs; Henry McCreanor, 5/- and costs; M. J. Gresson, 5/- and costs; Herbert Longdin, 5/- and costs; Keith McCausland, 10/-; George Scott, 5/- and costs; John Guthrie, 10/- and costs; Sydney Neate, 10/- and costs; Allan Woodman, 10/-; John Joseph Doyle, 10/and costs; Charles James Holmes, pay costs; Leonard Holling, 10/- and costs.
