Greece is protesting against the persecution of Greek nationals residing in Turkey. The diplomats of belligerents are fighting a battle royal to secure the assistance or neutrality of Rumania, Bulgaria, and Greece. A cable message received overnight, and published in another column, announces the signing of a convention by Turkey and Bulgaria.
