On Bth JULY a Special Passenger Train, stopping at certain Stations to pick up passengers for Timaru Racecourse, will leave Christchurch for Timaru at 8.5 a.m., Ashburton 10.11, arriving Washdyke IL4B a.m., and Timaru 12.12 p.m. This Train connects at Washdyke with a Special Train, Timaru to the Racecourse. A Return Train, stopping at Washdyke to pick up passengers and where required up to Ashburton (inclusive) to set down, also at certain oilier Stations to set down, will leave, Timaru for Christchurch at 5.50 p.m., Ashburton 8.5, and arrive Christcliurch 9.52 p.m. Free passes and season and commutation tickets will NOT be available by the Special Train Christchurch to Timaru and back.
