WILL PAY »" £l5O to the legal personal representative of the bona fide holder of this Insurance Coupon if the holder shall be killed by an' accident within the Dominion of New Zealand, to any Railway Passenger Train or Passenger Steamer in which such holder is travelling as a fare-paying passenger, or ' to any Public Omnibus, Coach, Tramway Car Cab, or Carrier's Cart which is being driven by a licensed driver plying for public hire and in which the holder is travelling as a fare-paying passenger, or to any cycle which the holder is actually riding and not being propelled by mechanical power; or <2, £50 to the holder should such accident as above defined not prove fatal but cause the loss of one limb above the wrist or ankle, or the loss of the sight of one eye; or (3J AN ALLOWANCE OF £1 PER WEEK for a period not exceeding 13 weeks should such accident as above defined render the holder temporarily and totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation. PROVIDED THAT the above undertaking is subject to the following special conditions, which are of the essence of the contract, viz.:—
(a) That such death or loss result within 30 days after the accident.
