(b) In the event of any dispute between the holder and THE SUN as to whether such disablement renders the holder temporarily ©r totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that, such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties. (o) That notice in case of injury or death be given to THE SUN, at its Office, 87 Worcester Street, Christohuroh, within 14 days after the accident. (d) That the benefits of this insurance are payable only to persons over 16 years and under 70 years of age. (e) That this Insurance is limited to one Insurance Coupon associated with this publication for any one holder. (f) That the holder be a subscriber for THE SUN duly registered in the books of THE SUN, or that t&e holder be a reader who has given to a recognised Agent for THE SUN a signed order for the dai'.y delivery of THE SUN for a period of not less than six week days, and thereafter until countermanded, in either of which casQ3 this Insurance shall hold good during the currency of such subscription or order as from 6 p.m. of the first day of delivery, including any days during such period on which THE SUN is not issued, but not beyond 6 p.m. on May 1, 1916. (g) That the husband or wife of a subscriber or regular reader as defined In (f) above shall be entitled to the benefits aforesaid. (h) That no compensation shall be payable under this Insurance for any accident, fatal or otherwise, due to or arising out of or consequent upon war or invasion. .
