TO-DAY'S SITTING. BEPAIRS TO A HOTJSE. In the Supreme Court ease of J. Lee and Sous v. Emma Louisa Clarke, a claim for £23 1/7, alleged to be due for repairs to a house, his Honour Mr Justice Denniston this afternoon gave judgment for the defendant, with costs. DE, DE RENZI'S ESTATE; "Reserved decision was delivered in the case of tie Kenzi v. de Rcnzi. The case 'was brought under the Family Protection Act, and concerned the estate of the late Dr Arthur de Renzi. The plaintiffs were Dora Harman de Renzi and Frances Emily de Reuzi, both of London, spinsters, and daughters of the late Pr de Renzi by hi 3 first wife, and the defendant was Jane
do, Renzi, of Christchurch, widow. After reviewing the circumstances, his Honour awarded each party £6OO.
